Canadian Grain Commission secure online services

Sign in to submit or manage your MyCGC profile and services with the Canadian Grain Commission. If you already have a GCKey account with the Government of Canada, you can use the same username and password to sign in below.

If you forgot your password or are having trouble signing in, do not create a new GCKey. If you can’t retrieve your existing login associated with your MyCGC profile for Canadian Grain Commission services, please contact itshelp-aidesti@grainscanada.gc.ca for assistance.

About GCKey

A GCKey lets you securely access Government of Canada online services.

It includes a username and password that you choose. You must also create security questions. These steps help to keep your data secure and lets you recover your password.

To create a GCKey:

Select Sign up with GCKey
Select Sign Up
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use
Follow the instructions to create a username and password
Create your security questions and responses, then select Continue.

Once the Sign Up is complete, you can start to use your GCKey right away.

Canadian banks

About Sign-In Partners

Sign-In Partners are Canadian financial institutions such as banks and credit unions. If you already have an online banking account with one of the Sign-In Partners, you can use the same sign-in to access Government of Canada services.

To use a Sign-in Partner:

Select Sign in with Sign-In Partner
Choose your financial institution
If you don’t see your financial institution listed, you will need to use a GCKey.
Enter your banking sign-in information and select Continue or Login
